Corporate Convention Video Production + On-Location Editing Services
Blending production + speed + strategy
At ISC West 2026, one of the largest security industry trade shows in the United States, Intellicene needed fast, high-quality video content to capture their presence on the show floor and extend their visibility beyond the event itself.
Working directly with Intellicene's team, Jess Boyer Media was brought on to lead on-the-ground production and oversee a rapid-turnaround content workflow. Over three production days, we captured and produced a suite of social-first videos highlighting Intellicene's booth, team, and full-spectrum security solutions in real time.
The goal was simple: create content that could be published while the event was still happening and continue delivering value long after the show ended.
The Challenge
Intellicene needed content that could:
Be captured in a crowded, high-traffic environment
Clearly communicate their solutions in a short-form format
Turn around quickly enough to stay relevant during the event itself
Work across multiple platforms and aspect ratios
Support both immediate event marketing and future content needs
This wasn't a traditional production timeline. The expectation was same-day or next-day delivery while maintaining a polished, brand-aligned look and feel.
My Role
I served as Producer and Videographer, overseeing the project from planning through final delivery.
To support the accelerated timeline, I brought an on-site editor who could begin organizing footage and building edits while production was still underway.
My responsibilities included:
Leading client communication and aligning on content priorities
Collaborating with the client to design an efficient multi-day production workflow
Developing shot lists and daily coverage plans
Managing a small production team, including an on-site editor
Directing video capture on the show floor and adapting in real time
Overseeing post-production for quality, consistency, and speed
Ensuring all deliverables were completed on schedule
Delivering platform-ready exports in both vertical and horizontal formats
The role required balancing logistics, creative direction, client needs, and production execution—often simultaneously.
Approach / Process
Capture with Intent
We approached the event with a focused shot list while remaining flexible enough to capture authentic moments as they unfolded.
Coverage included:
Booth interactions
Product demonstrations
Team highlights
Customer engagement
Event atmosphere and environmental footage
This allowed us to build a diverse collection of assets while staying aligned with Intellicene's messaging goals.
Build for Speed
Because content needed to be published during the event, the workflow was designed for efficiency.
Footage was continuously organized and handed off throughout the day
Edits were prioritized based on publishing needs
Graphics and audio treatments were kept clean and effective to maintain quality without slowing delivery
Production and post-production ran simultaneously rather than sequentially
Daily Recap Content
Each day concluded with a 30–60 second recap video, supplemented by additional social-first content throughout the event.
This gave Intellicene fresh content to publish while conversations and engagement were still happening on the show floor.
Platform-Ready Delivery
Every deliverable was optimized for distribution across multiple channels.
Videos were exported in both vertical and horizontal formats, giving Intellicene flexibility across social media, email marketing, website content, and future campaigns.
Deliverables
5–7 short-form social media videos (10–60 seconds)
3 daily recap videos (one for each event day)
Vertical and horizontal exports
Basic motion graphics and audio mixing
Two rounds of revisions per video
Organized raw footage library
Licensing and usage rights to recorded media

Key Takeaways / Reflection
The project enabled Intellicene to maintain a strong digital presence throughout ISC West while creating a valuable content library for future use.
By combining on-site production with a streamlined editing workflow, we delivered content quickly enough to support real-time marketing while also capturing assets that could continue working for the brand after the event concluded.
In addition to the finished videos, Intellicene received a fully licensed library of organized raw footage from all three production days. This gave their team the flexibility to create additional videos, support future campaigns, develop sales and recruiting materials, and expand their content library without requiring another production shoot.
Rather than producing content with a short shelf life, the project generated a collection of marketing assets that continued delivering value well beyond the trade show itself.
The project enabled Intellicene to show up consistently during ISC West—not just physically, but digitally.
By delivering content in near real-time, the team was able to:
Extend the life and reach of their trade show presence
Share timely updates with their audience
Highlight their team and offerings in a dynamic, engaging format
Build a reusable content library for future marketing efforts
Beyond the deliverables themselves, the project reinforced the value of having a production partner who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and execute under pressure—especially in live event environments.
For me, this project was a reminder that successful event coverage isn't just about capturing what happened. It's about creating systems that allow content to be published quickly, repurposed effectively, and continue supporting business goals long after the event ends.
