The Challenge

Alpha & Omega Entertainment was scaling active productions and was looking for operational support to manage logistics, communication, and internal systems across multiple projects.

My Role

I joined Alpha & Omega Entertainment as an Associate Producer in 2025 and was promoted to Producer within my first season based on performance and expanded responsibilities. Over that season, I supported 10 projects, including one international production.

My responsibilities included:

• Building and maintaining organizational spreadsheets, systems, and production documents

• Improving internal workflows and communication processes

• Booking domestic and international travel for talent and crew

• Managing crew communications and scheduling logistics

• Supporting international production logistics, including carnets and customs documentation

• Providing technical support informed by my broadcast background

• Photographing two productions to support internal and promotional needs

Approach / Process

To support a fast-moving and multi-scope production slate, I:

• Google Workspace:

  • Created centralized systems to track schedules, travel, and production details

    • I worked with the Alpha & Omega entertainment leadership and team to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. Using Google Workspace, we designed templates and tools to streamline their process while enabling the agency’s client and crews to have easier access to collaborative assets.

  • Established repeatable processes that improved clarity across teams

• Production:

  • Coordinated closely with vendors and production leads to support production requirements

  • Applied broadcast technical experience to troubleshoot and support production needs

  • Expanded into photography when a need was identified, delivering on-brand visual assets
